Requirements

  1. The sponsor must provide high-resolution logo and brand materials compatible with coaster design.
  2. The brand should have a defined budget to cover coaster printing and potential prizes.
  3. The brand needs to supply active destination URLs for QR codes.
  4. The sponsor should have clear objectives and demonstrable goals for campaign success.
  5. The sponsored product or service must be legally marketable and brand-appropriate for a brewery setting.
  6. All necessary permissions and approvals for use of branding and promotions must be secured by the sponsor before the campaign begins.

Phases

Activation & In-Person Engagement

Deploy the pre-approved QR coasters throughout the brewery during regular operating hours. Monitor the placement, ensure that scanning is functioning as expected, and address any on-site discrepancies in real time. This phase is the live execution of the QR treasure hunt.
