Jordan delivered a strong and engaging performance during the Neon Mirror Selfie Takeover. She was punctual and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the five days of on-site activation. Her creativity shone through with the custom-painted mirror and live neon face-painting sessions that brought energy to our brand promotion. That said, there were small areas for improvement. While the daily attendance logs, photos, and video clips were well-executed, the final performance report could have provided even more depth in the KPI analysis. Overall, we appreciate her enthusiasm and thoroughness and award her a solid 4 stars.

Daily reports were sparse, and important details like KPI tracking and media deliverables were incomplete, creating significant gaps in our performance review. We were left with the feeling that more focused attention and initiative would have significantly enhanced the campaign.
