Working with LA Metro over the campaign week was a mixed experience. While Jamal and his team were friendly enough, there were several hiccups in the planning stage. Critical branding assets like high-quality logos and brand color codes were provided at the last minute, leading to a rushed setup that compromised the campaign’s aesthetic consistency. Timeliness and thoroughness suffered as a result, and the clear offer details and specific QR code assets were not well defined, which made it challenging to achieve peak operational execution. On a positive note, Jamal’s enthusiasm shone through in spontaneous communications; however, a lack of detailed planning and a somewhat disorganized approach with creative elements significantly impacted the campaign’s overall efficiency. The inconsistencies in required material submissions and a few miscommunications during the overall process earned this collaboration a 2-star review from my side.
