I was really disappointed with the experience working with Donut Friend on the '500-Bottle Flagship Ingredient Beer Drop' gig. From the get-go, their lack of timeliness made planning nearly impossible. They missed several key deadlines, didn’t provide the required artwork and ingredient details until the last minute, and their team was anything but proactive in communication. Their guidelines were vague and incomplete, which caused numerous delays and thrown-off processes during production, brewing, and labeling. Their unprofessional approach and lack of creativity in aligning with the scope of work really soured the experience. I expected a high level of thoroughness and coordinated enthusiasm, but instead I was met with disorganized instructions and last-minute scrambles. Overall, the management of the project and their reactive attitude left me with no choice but to give them a 1-star review.
