Mural Muffin Takeover
Working with Sarah Thompson on the LA Boulders campaign was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Communication was nearly non-existent—critical details like campaign objectives and brand guidelines were provided late or not at all, leaving me scrambling without the information I needed to balance the mural and pastry components effectively. Her lack of timeliness and follow-through meant that scheduled milestones were frequently missed, and the creative input promised turned into vague suggestions that never materialized into a coherent campaign vision.
Furthermore, professionalism was sorely lacking. The promised cooperation and enthusiasm were nowhere to be found, and I ended up managing more of the project logistics than expected. The whole rollout felt disorganized, and the detailed weekly reports were met with dismissal rather than constructive feedback. I sincerely hope future collaborations address these issues, but as it stands, this engagement deserves a 1-star review.

Traffic Jam QR Truck Blitz
Working with Sarah Thompson and the LA Boulders team was a generally positive experience throughout the 30-day Traffic Jam QR Truck Blitz campaign. They demonstrated strong enthusiasm and professionalism by providing high-quality artwork and clear details on their target areas, which made planning routes and maximizing brand exposure straightforward. Sarah's prompt communication throughout the different phases, including timely submissions of legal details and landing page specifications, really helped keep the campaign on track.
However, there were a few moments where some adjustments were needed, particularly regarding a few minor discrepancies in geo-targeted areas that required last-minute changes. Despite these small hiccups, the overall level of professionalism and creativity made the entire process a success. I’d rate this client 4 stars and recommend them for future promotional endeavors.
