Latte Foam Logo Takeover Weekend

Working with Desmond Liu and Verve Coffee Roasters on the 'Latte Foam Logo Takeover Weekend' was a mixed bag. The initial communication was prompt and enthusiastic, and they clearly understood the scope of work, which helped me get started on designing the custom stencil and setting up the POS system for the 'Logo Latte' activation. However, there were some hiccups along the way. The high-resolution logo file and the branded table tents were provided later than expected, which put a bit of a squeeze on the schedule during a busy event period. During the three-day activation, while their team was generally cooperative, the delays and occasional lack of thorough follow-up on the QR code promotions and sales tracking data made the process less smooth than it could have been. Though I appreciate their energy and commitment, the challenges in coordinating critical assets and managing last-minute changes led me to rate my experience with them at 3 stars overall.
