Despite the clear scope of work for the 'Secret LA Sip & Stroll' gig, the client was consistently late with crucial materials and unresponsive to timely communication. The promised co-branded pocket maps and espresso sleeves were delivered days past schedule—if they arrived at all—and it felt like every step was met with delays. This lack of timeliness disrupted the smooth execution of the micro-tours, and no proactive efforts were made to rectify the situation or improve upon the creative vision for Randy’s Donuts. Overall, I found the professionalism and thoroughness sorely lacking. The absence of clear guidelines or enthusiasm made coordinating QR code tracking, daily summaries, and precise KPI reporting a chaotic ordeal. With a disorganized approach that undermined both the event and the brand’s potential, I have no choice but to rate this experience 1-star.

I recently worked with Sophie Martinez for Randy’s Donuts on my "Latte Foam Logo Takeover Weekend" gig. With a bit more thoroughness and tighter adherence to timelines, I’m sure future collaborations could hit the mark much more precisely. I appreciate the energy that went into the project, and I hope to see improvements next time.
