Working with Lay’s on the "Backseat Taste-Test Takeover" campaign was a challenging experience. While there was potential in their branding, the overall coordination and communication left much to be desired. Instructions for campaign materials and creative assets were often last minute and incomplete, forcing me to improvise during critical moments of the rollout. Their delayed responses and lack of clear guidance on survey and coupon design not only disrupted the daily execution but also resulted in missed opportunities to engage passengers effectively. Ultimately, this lack of thoroughness and initiative from their side warranted a 2-star rating for the project.

Working with Ethan Yang on the Secret Password Taco Pop-Up was a largely positive experience. Ethan demonstrated consistent professionalism and timeliness throughout the week, providing all necessary materials like the unique daily passwords and countertop sign designs well in advance. His detailed approach to ensuring a steady supply of the featured ingredient and his readiness to tackle any challenges during our execution phase really showed his commitment as a brand manager. That said, a few minor hiccups in communication during the heat of the pop-up operation meant that quick clarifications were sometimes delayed. Despite this, his creative flair and enthusiasm kept the campaign engaging and productive, earning him a solid 4-star review from me. I look forward to the possibility of collaborating on future pop-up events.
